Rogue Hero Progress Report

Here's what we've been working on since our last update:

Combat Improvements: We've added a bunch of features to improve the feel of combat in the game. Enemies are now stunned on being hit for a short period allowing you to perform a combo that keeps them tripped up. To balance this stamina has been added in that causes an exhaustion state if you let it deplete. We've added in all the class abilities that both facilitate movement and added unique opportunities when fighting enemies, to name a few the Knights leap stuns any nearby enemies on landing, the Witches broom allows them to fly over pits and spike traps.

New Inventory System: We've added a new inventory system to store your overworld/enemy pickups, key items, and consumables.

UI Refresh: We've redone our UI to simplify and speed up the use of the various menus to navigate as well as improve the quality of the design and layout.


8 Way Movement Animations: We've added 4 additional walking directions for the players and some enemies to add more fluidity to spinning around.


Dungeon Powerups: We've added drop to the dungeon that give you upgrades for the current run until youre killed. These increase your max health, your movement speed, damage, and tool strength.
